Health & Safety and Hire Terms

All of our inflatables and soft play are manufactured from materials which comply with the stringent tests required by the industry including ( British Standards ) BS EN 71 (part 2 & 3) for Soft Play and the current BS/EN14960 for Inflatable's.

All of the materials used are fully coated with flame retardant PVC specifically designed for the inflatable and soft play industry. Beware of cheap imitation or "seconds" material which does not comply with the above standards. It's often difficult to tell but price is usually a decisive factor. If your being charged £30-£40 for a bouncy castle, there's a good chance the product has not been annually tested, does not comply with the above, or it was purchased second-hand to begin with.
 

We have two sets of hire terms. Those which are specifically tailored to back garden private hires and less than £100. Secondly, a different set for company/corporate events or if the job quoted is more than £100.

By placing a booking with us, either verbally, via email, on our booking form online or over the telephone - You have agreed and are bound to the set of Hire Terms applicable to you. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
